Sandy and I was heading North on Washington today and low and behold if we didn't see a Splitty Panel cruis'n South. I see a hand fly out of the window and then I get a phone call. It's Fulio......"we're cruis''n and having a blast" I asked to tell me where he was pulling over to and we met up at Maplecrest shopping center.

Fulio............the panel looks great.....all that work this winter paid off.....it really looks great!!!

Zena and Kevin pulled in and was able to check it out too!

Great job....Fulio!

Cool.  I drove the Westy to Illinois this weekend.  Get to drive it all week to work, then back home next weekend.  Ran great on the highway, and got the looks too! Grin

Saw a powder blue ragtop north bound on Park Rd. tonight.  Not sure if she belonged to the club or not but looked like she was having fun.  Inspired me to turn around and take mine for a cruise.  Other than the bugs going splat, splat on the windshield it was a great night to cruise.

That Michelle is such a fun-loving gal!  She drives that bug everywhere; and has fun doing it too.  I was behind her one Sunday on 19.  Caught her at the light at 22 and 19.  She had been somewhere south following her parents in their motorhome.

Let's face it guys, these cars were meant to drive!  And most Veedub owners are really into their cars. Wink

I drove the bus to work tonight.  I think I will drive the convertible to work tomorrow.  Got to hurry up and get the Westy going so I can drive it too.  Gonna park the Buick for the summer after all the miles I put on it going back and forth to Illinois. Angry  Will probably just drive Veedubs most the summer. Cool

Yep, that would be her.  She works south of Kokomo.  Probably driving it to work.

Watching the weather right now, to see if it will be fair, dry weather to drive the 'vert to work.  Looking like it.  You may see me on the road this afternoon or after 11:30 this evening.   Happy motoring!

Ahhhh!  Nothing like a good midnight cruise with the top down!  There shall be more of those as long as there is not a chance for rain.  See ya on the road.

I don't think you'll be cruising with the top down tonight Bill.  I went out for a couple of minutes tonight and it was pretty chilly with just the windows down.

As long as the temp doesn't drop below 60 when I get off work, the top is goind down!  Was a little cool tonight though.  Drove the Buick because I thought the rain might continue while I was at work.  However, I did open the sunroof.  It was an arctic chill tonight in the plant.  It was only 80 degrees.

Yeah, you probably saw me. Around 4 I was dropping my brother off for piano lessons at the Sound of Music in the downtown square. I am sure everyone will agree with me when I say this, but I love driving my bus. I take advantage of anytime I can drive so that I can drive the bus with the windows down, 8-track player going, and cruising in fourth gear. I can't wait till Funfest so that I can take my bus on its first warm road trip with us. Last road trip was January 2nd, when we bought it up in Michigan, and brrrrrr was it a cold ride.

I was cruising West on Alto Rd tonight and noticed a couple of bugs.  One was up on jack stands with the wheels off, looks like it had just been painted.  It was lime green candy in color.  Further West I noticed two convertables , one red and the other white.  Both of these were at the same house.  Not sure if they are club members or not.  The cars looked though...
