I'm looking for a set of used tires for my 71 project.  I'd like for them to be in decent shape (good enough to get me thru the winter storage and a few months in the spring)  On or Off the rims is OK.  I can trade you the rims I have if you already have them mounted.  The tires on my 71 that just came out of storage have been on the car since the very early 80's, and as you can guess are not in any shape to even roll around the workshop.   I will pick up.

Thanks!

Doug,  I am glad you are happy with the tires.  With a little luck I hope to have the bus all back together by the first of the year. Maybe I can trade my Dane to wagenswest for my new beam.HAHA Grin

Hey Brad,

Got those skins mounted yesterday!  They are, of course much nicer than the 25 year old rubbers I had before.  Thanks again for the great deal!

Hope to have her running by spring.  I need to sell her to finance my next project!!!!!

THANKS, Doug

Now all I need is a motor to get my vw back on the road. Oh come on Santa, be extra kind to me this year. I don't think Santa was affected by the economy, I mean heck, he still has to pay all his helpers and for supplies.
